playback: fix queue sheet scroll behavior

Fix an issue where an upwards nested scroll past the top of the queue
list would not actually collapse the sheet.

This was apparently caused by something introduced in recyclerview
1.3.0-alpha01. No idea why. Roll back to the working version.
